Trial Terms of Service

Version 1.1 — effective 10 September 2026

These terms apply to the trial period of Migreat!, offered by Promigion B.V. By requesting a trial account, you agree to them.

What you get

A trial environment with the full functionality of the Enterprise tier, for thirty days, at no cost and without asking for a payment method.

No automatic conversion

Your trial account is never automatically converted into a paid subscription, and no amount is ever charged automatically. If you want to continue after your trial period, you do so yourself, through a separate purchase step on the pricing page.

End of the trial period

After thirty days, your trial environment is deactivated. Your data is then retained according to the period in our privacy policy; if you request deletion before that period ends, we will honour that request.

Responsible use

You do not use the trial environment for unlawful purposes, do not attempt to circumvent its security, and do not deliberately overload the system. We may terminate a trial account immediately in case of misuse.

Ownership

Data you enter into your trial environment yourself remains your organisation's own. Migreat! itself, including the underlying software, remains the property of Promigion B.V.

No guarantees during the trial period

The trial environment is provided as-is, with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability.

Liability

Promigion B.V. is not liable for damage arising from use of the trial environment, except in case of intent or deliberate recklessness.

Governing law

Dutch law applies to these terms.
