A project delivers one thing. A mandate — sustainability, a social domain that needs sorting out, a road network that needs upkeep — is broader, and is usually tackled through several projects at once. Migreat! links an idea or project to a strategic theme, so it stays visible which mandate it serves, without attaching a target or KPI the theme itself doesn't have.

A traceable decision trail, with a mandatory reason

Rejecting a request requires a stated reason. Approving one records who decided and when. A decision, once taken, cannot be rewritten afterwards — a new decision can be requested, the old one cannot be edited.

For an organisation that has to explain afterwards why something did or didn't go ahead — to a council, provincial states, a general board — that trail isn't decorative. Capacity across the line organisation and the projects

The same people often sit in several projects and in the line organisation at once. Migreat! sets availability — including leave and public holidays — against the work being asked of them, so over-allocation becomes visible before it's a problem. The system doesn't block anyone; it shows where it's tight.

What we can honestly say about security today

Migreat! runs on Microsoft Azure, in Western Europe, with its own isolated database per organisation. Changes to decisions cannot be undone, recorded in an immutable audit log. A data processing agreement is available on request.

What Migreat! does not do

We are not ISO 27001- or BIO-certified. We'd rather say so now than have a tender process find out later.
