Dashboards and reporting

You don't govern a portfolio on what you happen to know, but on what the numbers actually say. Migreat! turns that into reports, per project and across the whole portfolio.

Seven reports, two groups

Four reports are in every plan: a project overview, a portfolio dashboard, a project dashboard and a Gantt view. Enterprise adds three more: the strategic portfolio overview, the idea funnel report and the capacity report.

What you can do with a report

Six of the seven reports export to PDF; the idea funnel report has no export option. The capacity report can also be downloaded as an Excel or a CSV file — the only one with those extra options.

For the six reports that do produce a PDF, one more thing applies: if you want to send it to someone who doesn't have access to Migreat!, you don't need a separate email. You can send the PDF straight from the report itself to a recipient. That's a one-off send, not a recurring subscription to the report — you send it again whenever you choose, not automatically every week or month.

What Migreat! does not do

  • No dashboards you assemble yourself by dragging tiles around. A dashboard's layout is fixed.
  • No scheduled, recurring delivery of a report. Sending one is always a one-off action you start yourself.
  • No report builder for custom reports of your own. What's called "Custom Reports" is a list of names linking to an external report — not reports Migreat! assembles itself.

Which plan holds this

The project overview, the portfolio dashboard, the project dashboard and the Gantt view are in every plan. The strategic portfolio overview, the idea funnel report and the capacity report are part of the Enterprise plan.
